Refund Policy

The short version

Every item in the shop is print-on-demand — we don’t carry inventory; each order is made for you when it’s placed. That shapes our return policy:

• Defective or damaged?We’ll replace it or refund you. No need to ship it back.
• Customized items (anything you typed in your own text or tiles) are final sale once production starts — but you have a 24-hour cancellation window.
• Non-customized apparel and accessories can be returned within 14 days, unworn and unwashed, for a refund minus return shipping.
• Stickers, sticker sheets, and the Quick Reference Set are non-returnable due to the nature of the product.

Cancellation window

We submit orders to our print partners (Printful for apparel, mugs, totes, and stickers; Art of Where for canvas pouches; Gelato for cards) within 24 hours of checkout. If you change your mind, email info@welcome2mahj.com within that 24 hours and we’ll cancel and refund in full. After production starts, custom items can no longer be canceled.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged in transit, or defective in any way, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. You don’t need to ship the defective item back.

Standard returns (non-customized items)

Apparel and accessories without customization (Crak.Bam.Dot. Tote, Tile Mug, Tile Sweatshirt) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Email us first to start the return — we’ll provide a return address. You cover return shipping; we refund the item cost (not original shipping) within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Sizes don’t fit? Size exchanges are handled as a return + new order — same 14-day window applies.

What can’t be returned

• Customized items — anything you typed in your own text or tiles — except for defects
• Sticker Pack and Tile Set Sticker Sheet (peel-and-apply nature)
• Quick Reference Set (printed-to-order)
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items returned worn, washed, or otherwise used

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
